Alarms

The emergency alarms triggered from the service workers app will open a dialog box with pin on map for the actual service workers location at the time of alarm generation as well as an alarm bell with ring from the admin users system. The admin user can click on 'Respond' button for alarm to inform the service worker that alarm is seen and action is being taken.

Multiple alarms can be viewed in the tabs with each service workers name. In case multiple admin users are logged-in, the alarm will be visible to all of them and they all can respond to alarm as well as mute the sound. The alarm window will only disappear when admin user responds to the alarm.

The history of alarms generated can be viewed as well in form of a report at any time.
