On this page, all chat threads with couriers as well as for any specific problem in a task can be viewed. Admin users can initiate a chat with any online courier or can start a group chat for any problem.

Real-time messages are synced between the backend portal and mobile app between the Admin user and service workers.

There is also an option to broadcast a message to all online workers.
