Actions on devices:
Add Note
Can add a note to any device for future reference.
Add to maintenance
Device added to maintenance list with selecting issues like broken screen, charging problem, Scanner/camera issue, Misc. The devices added to maintenance can be seen in advanced user features in the Device administration board.
View complaints History
Clicking in this action list of complaints is shown for this device. Also from the complaints column, a new complaint can be registered against the device for the Maintenance team to view.
