Service Workers Grid

Service workers list page displays all the details about each courier with their statuses, Name, Phone no., Delivered tasks out of all tasks, Last active time, Device ID and Tracking details on map.

Actions on service workers:

Assign job Service workers can assign a job just by clicking on assign job action popup shown with a list of unassigned jobs.

Release jobs Jobs can be released from the service workers just by clicking on the release job action popup appear with check boxes with each assigned job to this service worker.

Add a note User can add a note for service workers to be reviewed later.

Release device Device can be released from the service worker by clicking on the Release device action from the action list.

Mark as unavailable Any service worker can be marked unavailable by clicking on the mark as unavailable action from the action list. The assigned jobs to the service workers will be released and his app session will be reset.

Reset password Service workers password can be reset to the default password by this action. The user app session will be killed and service worker will need to login again.

Block service workers Service workers can be blocked by selecting action block service workers from action list. The service worker app session will be killed and service worker won't be able to login again, untill unblocked from admin user.
