Job Details View
Job details including task statuses in real-time can be viewed by clicking on ‘job title’ in the jobs list or the ‘view tasks’ option in the context menu on the job list.
Task details on the job details page include complete information about:
Job no., Status of job, Pickup location for job, start and end time of the job, total tasks with a task list, showing the following tasks information:
Status Each task status either it is delivered, not delivered, marked as a problem etc.
Address The complete address where tasks need to be performed.
Subscriber Subscriber name for the task.
Product Product name and quantity that needs to be delivered.
Delivery Time The actual time when the task is performed
Swipe radius The distance between actual coordinates of address and the position of courier when performing the tasks. Many alerts are generated based on swipe radius for quality assurance purposes.
Location The map for each task with actual coordinates and the position of the courier when performing the tasks.
Users can also download the details of the task based on the task status by just clicking on the Download button on top. Users can see all the tasks in the map view. Map view opened just by clicking on the Map icon in the top right corner.
Map View
In the map view, the admin user can view all the location pins colour coding for the pins as green ones that are completed successfully and red for problem tasks. The orange notification icon on pins indicate a diversion by the service worker from the original plan.
Clicking on pins opens a dialog with details for the location such as subscriber name, full address, coordinates, product to be delivered, and status of the location.
Grid view
In the grid view, admin user can view each individual location delivery in table format. The subscriber, product, address, delivery time, swipe radius, status of delivery and other information can be easily viewed, sorted and filtered.
The grid view allows an "Add task" button to inject a new location with product in the current job if its still in the pending status.
