On CubiVue dashboard admin user can view quick overview of distribution status like job status count, courier’s status details, real-time problem tasks update, unassigned jobs and couriers.

Widgets:

The widgets provide a quick glance into the daily operations, some of the KPI widgets are as follows:

Job’s widget shows the overall total jobs count, with status-based counts like unassigned, not started, completed, in-delivery, and paused jobs.

Service workers widget displays total couriers count, with status-based counts of the service worker’s statuses like assigned, unassigned and unavailable.

Problem tasks widget shows total problem tasks with status-based counts like Pending, resolved, and ignored problems.

Unassigned jobs widget shows the top 5 jobs with their details which are not assigned to any service worker and a button to load more unassigned jobs.

Unassigned service workers widget displays the courier’s details which don’t have any assigned job.

Expiring / Expired jobs widget displays the jobs whose timelines expired or expiring in near future.

Not signed in courier’s widget shows all offline service workers with details like id, name, jobs, and phone number with a release button to release all the assigned jobs from the service worker.

Service workers location map widget shows all online couriers in the field. On clicking the service worker pin a detail popover shows the total tasks performed by the service worker for today and how many are left. Also, the battery percentage of the device that the service worker is using can be seen.
